Men's Mental Health & Addiction Counselling in Adelaide

All sessions with Elevate Counselling (face-to-face, online or phone) are 1 hour in duration, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to by counsellor and client prior to commencement of session.  *Concession rates are applicable for students and pensioners. 

Payment is required on the day of your counselling session via electronic payment.  Alternatively, an invoice can be issued as discussed with practitioner and client.  Invoice payment terms are strictly seven (7) days from the date of invoice.

Elevate Counselling implements the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours from scheduled session will incur the full relevant rate as cancellation fee.

As a courtesy, I will send out reminders for sessions, via email and SMS.  In order to avoid fees outlined above, I ask that you please provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes or updates to your scheduled appointment.

When sessions start after the scheduled time due to client lateness, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and full fees as per applicable pricing schedule will apply.

Where invoices are the method of session payment, if two invoices remain unpaid following the payment terms indicated on the invoice, all future sessions will be paused until full outstanding payment is received.

Missed sessions (no-shows) will incur the full relevant rate as per applicable pricing schedule above.
